Fantastic! Garrett's inspection was thorough. His work gave me great information that allowed me to properly assess the condition of the home, especially with items that are not apparent with a simple walk-thru. That allowed me to work with the seller to have some issues corrected, and determine which items I can take care of myself. The written report includes pictures, and we all know that pictures are worth a thousand words. I highly recommend Garrett and I will use him again when I need another inspection. On another note, if you've owned your home for many years, it's worth having an inspection done of the hidden areas that you can't get to.
